Who we are

ProducerScale is a marketing and appointment-setting company serving commercial insurance producers and agencies. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean ProducerScale. This policy covers producerscale.com and its subpages.

We are a marketing company. We are not a licensed insurance producer or broker, and we do not place coverage or give insurance, financial, tax or legal advice.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — first and last name, agency name, phone number, email address.
• Business qualification answers — the commercial classes you write, your minimum premium, the X-date window you want, the states you are licensed and appointed in, and how many appointments a week you can handle.
• Scheduling details — the calendar you want appointments booked on, the date and time you select for a call with us, and the timezone your browser reports.
• Anything else you send us — for example, the contents of an email or text message you send.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server and request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps.
• Basic usage data from our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you do not send us your own clients' data, policy numbers, loss runs or any information about your existing customers through this site.

Information about the businesses we qualify

Separately from this site, we hold business contact and risk information about the commercial accounts we prospect — company name, the name and title of the person who speaks for the account, business phone and email, class of operations, renewal date, incumbent carrier, premium band and exposure figures. That information is collected by our own team in the course of prospecting, and it is disclosed to the single producer the appointment is set for.

If you are a business owner who spoke with us and you want to know what we hold or have it deleted, write to info@producerscale.com and we will handle it the same way we handle any other request on this page.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and to hold a call about what we can supply.
• To assess what appointment volume we can produce for your classes, premium floor and states.
• To set appointments and provide the service if you become a customer.
• To send you service messages, including confirmations and reminders about calls and appointments.
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

• Our CRM, dialer and messaging providers, which store contact records and send confirmations and reminders.
• Our scheduling provider, which places appointments on calendars.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel), which serves this website.
• Professional advisers and authorities where we are required by law to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your agency's details with other producers or agencies.

Marketing consent, calls and SMS

When you tick the consent box or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email at the number and address you provided, including using automated technology, about setting commercial insurance appointments. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by writing to us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about a call or appointment you have already booked.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only what is necessary to function and to keep it secure. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we will update this policy to say so before they go live.

Retention

We keep your contact record for as long as we are in touch about setting appointments, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax and record-keeping reasons — including keeping a record of the consent you gave. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; or stop using it for marketing. Write to info@producerscale.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour these requests regardless of where you are based, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with the providers named above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is intended for licensed insurance professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
